At the end of Jan 2013 I notified my Nashua Mobile branch, that 2 Blackberry 9380 contracts were added to my account for which I didn't apply. They assured me the issue would be resolved and that the money (more than R700.00, as it included instalments, sim and connection fees) would be refunded to me. More than 2 months and numerous call and personal visits later, I am still awaiting the refund. I don't know what to do anymore as I keep getting the run around from various personnel. I have told Waheed point blank that I will now start reporting their poor service out of total frustration with their lack of action. I have received enough apologies to last me a lifetime, the only feedback I now want is to notify me when the money has been deposited into my bank account. I would however, like to thank Segemetsi who at least made an effort in the beginning of this whole issue, to assist me. I also want to mention that this is not the first time I had this problem. A couple of years back, I had such a problem with getting a refund done, that they paid me from their shop's till.
