A few months back I lost my cellphone and submitted a claim. my phone was replaced and all was good. last month I was charged an excess of R551.64 even though I have excess buster. I contacted the Nashua call centre twice and was told it will be sorted, I even spoke to our Nashua Account Manager Quinton who assured me it has been sorted.
it has now been over 2 weeks and I have still not received my refund into my bank account.
this is pathetic service and not the first time Nashua has incorrectly billed me.
when I owe Nashua money they are very quick to take it but very slow to refund me when the tables are turned.
your are possibly the worst Service Provider that exists.
