Refusal to rectify my account

My Nashua Mobile account is loaded with 2 Blackberry contracts since last year October 2012. Nashua Mobile consultants refuse pointblank to remove these contracts from my account. I NEVER HAD ANY BLACKBERRY PHONES AND I NEVER WANT BLACKBERRY PHONES. I WANT RISK & TO INVESTIGATE WHAT IS GOING ON AND GET BACK TO ME WITH ANSWERS. I have been paying for these contracts since October 2012 and I DEMAND A CREDIT FOR THESE NON-EXISTENT PHONES AND CONTRACTS. I have other commodities also on this Nashua account and I know should I refuse to pay this account in full every month, Nashua Mobile will very quickly discontinue my service in total. I am fed-up with your poor attitude and incompetence. I DEMAND action and RECTIFICATION of my account NOW!!!
