I have been a client of SAOL's for 5 years. More than 6 months ago, I've had a problem with connecting. Til today I am not sure why. We've tried testing etc, doing the same testing over and over. SAOL and Cybersmart, has still not fixed the problem and have been still been deducting money from me, for a service I can't use! They were supposed to send a Telkom guy out, which they have not done. No one seems to know what the problem is. I haven't been online since then and its been more than 6 months! Everytime I have to speak to a different agent. People are not doing there job properly there. I refuse to pay another cent. All I want is my adsl line to be 'moved' back to Telkom and cancel my account with SAOL/Cybersmart and they keep on giving me excuses for this to not be done asap. I am very upset and want this sorted out now.
