Hi this is my second complaint logged to Mtn. The first was replied to but never fixed here is the date 10:08 Mon 11 Mar when it was logged and the replied ref from Mtn REQ:1885299... So it was found that 2 extra line was taken out on my name that was not approved by me. You asked me to get a statement from the police which states that I didn't approve the lines I got the statement was given in at Jacaranda Centre to Bennie. That was done on 20/3/2013 and I was told that Mtn head office will get back to me, you didn't. On 3/4/2013 you deducted another R4295 from my account on top of the R1451 that you have not payed me back yet. I am going to the bank and reversing all transactions to you guys and you best let me know to which Mtn store I need to take my SIM and device because I am taking it back and cancelling the contact. No once has it worked for me or have I gotten any kind of service. You breached contact. I will be seeing the closest Mtn store on Saturday if I don't hear anything from you. And try taking anymore money from my account.
