I bought something at the store, SPITZ in Adderly Street. I payed them using my Debit card and the guys who was assisting me used two different speedpoints.By the first one he used, he told me that it is slow and it's going to decline. We went to a different speedpoint and it went through but recieved two sms's that showed two transactions went off. I showed the guy and asked to call the Manager, the Manager told me that the money will be back on my account in the next 24hrs, that was the 29th of November and till today the money is not in. I went to my bank to ask for my statement and it reflects on the statement that it went off twice. I am really not happy cause even the Head Office of the store is telling me stories.
