Horrible service

I purchased 2 chairs at Furniture City Centurion Lifestyle mall on the 27/06/2013 I haven't received to this day, after many calls the store decided to go to the store on the 05/09/2013 where I was referred to a VERY RUDE lady (manager) called Tumi who rudely told me I should have gone to Boksburg warehouse to collect those chairs and they don't even sure if they are on stock, told her then to refund me said it fine but she wants to see the receipts that I didn't have at the time, then I had to go back on the 13/09/2013 with the receipts the she told me I must give my bank statement or come back the next day to get the cash there is nothing she can do without it... asked her why didn't she inform me on when she sent me back to get receipts to also bring a bank statement it was 17h10 where was I supposed to get one. She said she doesn't know. I want my refund don't want to talk to this rude ill mannered TUMI person not going back to that store anymore, wasted too much money (money that would have earned me interest in my bank account) and time going to that store not getting help but absolute disgusting attitude from a manager who clearly doesn't care about customer service, s
