Good afternoon,

I contacted Cell C to give me a settlement on two of my contracts. After speaking to an agent, and getting the cancellation figures, I paid them and sent through a letter of cancellation in February. I have since been debited twice (over R500) AFTER I paid what was due and told to me by the agent we spoke to. After 2 calls back to Cell C, this matter has still not been resolved. If I get no feedback by this weekend, I am going to my bank, and reverse the debit orders, and put a stop payment on the account, until someone can explain to me what the problem is!
