Poor service and policy's

I have been waiting for the 173 call centre for over 40mintues to try sort out my bbm since mtn's fairuse policy has run out and now my phone has stopped working and the only way i can can get my phone working is to get hold of this call centre!!! i am not very impressed by this fair use policy which has now made my phone not work and has made me spend nearly 45minutes to try and sort out waiting for this call centre to try and sort it out.

i think its time for a network change
