Mr chetty, i had a contract with cell c due to lack of interaction with their customers and poor service it was then terminated, and according to my knowledge i no longer have a contract with cell c...
i paid in a cancellation fee in april 2013 and emailed a cancellation letter even called your service center but there was no joy...
i then logged a hello peter complaint and that was when my query and frustration was taken into consideration but never resolved as i am still getting threathening calls, emails and letters from cell c demanding payment from me.
i got a paid up letter from cellc, as per my understanding a paid up letter is a letter confirming that i no longer owe anything on my account.
i have contacted cell c more than 20 times and i am fedup regarding the matter, nobody is resolving my problem, i am only getting false promises which adds on to my problem.
i have now been listed on itc for something i have paid up in april already but m still owing y'all according to your systems.
