As per the complaint regarding the time taken to produce a cancellation figure, I would like to state that the Cell C representatives disagree that they can avail to me cancellation figures over the phone, as stipulated before. They have informed me that it will take 48 to 72 hours before I can know the cancellation figure. Somewhere someone does not know what the procedures are or is it just a gimmick that Cell C provides efficient service. I personally think it is. I have requested cancellation figures for 2 of my contracts, but now I have to wait. Cell C, NEVER AGAIN...
