I was not informed that the i9300 galaxy s3 was not lte capable. when reading about the launch of the device in south africa i was eager to get my hands on a lte capable device as i was so looking forward to the new technologies that were to come. When i took the contract at mtn forways mall it was verbally communicated by the gentleman assisting me that the device was lte capable had i known it was only the 9305 which vodacom had in stock i would have switched or waited .after numorous occasions trying to resolve this issue i am left with no choice but to persue the matter legally, publicly, threw social media, and threw media i am sure there are thousands of consumers who have bought this product under the false impression that the samsung galaxy s3 device is of international standerd. I hope this matter can be resolved threw either A -sending my current device in for a lte upgrade B- replacing my device or C -cancelling my contract with mtn i will return the device and never look back after 7 years of loyal commitment to the compony. This is a breach of contract and my final attempt to reach higher management in mtn before resorting to filing a case in the court of law.
