So who is lying to me?

I upgraded to the Samsung S4 i9500 phone WITH the intention to make use of the 4G/ LTE super fast internet but as it turns out - my phone is NOT LTE capable. MTN says that Samsung SA hasn't released the LTE capable phones in SA yet but on the Samsung SA website it is advertised as available.
So who is lying to me now?
And what do I do with this phone which is not 4G/ LTE capable?

MTN just pulls up their shoulders and tell me to take my complaints to Samsung SA.

I want a phone which is super intelligent and LTE capable so that I can make use of the super fast internet.

I'm extremely disappointed with the fact that I'm locked in a 24 month contract with this S4 and not being able to make use of the LTE super fast services.
