Since 2013-11-11 18:51:51 my internet feed has been intermittent. Router has been replaced twice, each time with some other faulty unit, so MWEB business ADSL at R2000 per month for 4Mbps still does not work more than three weeks later... I have now switched to Telkom. Not a squeak out MWEB despite their engineer saying he would have been here YESTERDAY!!! Can i send Mweb my 3G bill? PS. call centre is unreachable. On more than 15 occasions I have held on for more than an hour, and eventually just hung up.
