I just want to thanks Yaseen for the help he provided during a mishap I had with my connection. This was due to I changed my password for logging in onto the Mweb website and unknowing did take note it would effect my routers password. When I switched my router off and on I lost connection. So I phoned into Mweb Technical line and Yaseen answered my call and help me resetting my password and getting everything fast and seamless online.
Great help, respectful, friendly and efficient now that is what a call centre is suppose to be like
