MWEB FAILS TO TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR SEVER HACKING

I have been a client of Mweb for a number of years. I get 5 MB of data per month, which Ive never used up in one month. On 2 July I tried logging onto the Internet but was informed that my data cap had been reached. I phoned the service centre to investigate, and was informed that they had received numerous complaints from clients (everyone who had a specific type of router - VComm) about a massive hacking problem. When I asked what was going to be done to resolve the issue, I was told NOTHING. The consultant told me that it was VComm's problem, and not Mwebs. I find this truly horrific - as Mweb provided me with the router. And MWeb is the company I pay every month!
