This is the second time in 2 months that my BlackBerry 9810 gives me problems. First the cursor end of Feb 13 and then a received a refurbished one. Now the refurbished phone's screen just went black. And when I submit it for repairs I would yet again be without an cellphone as MTN never gives loan phone, always has excuses that they do not have any available at the moment or the phones are broken. So once again the consumer are pulling on the wrong side of the stick. What to do? Move from MTN and BlackBerry when my contract ends sound like the best solution...
