Was buying a card and two staff members were chatting together very loudly. I paid for my card and was supposed to get R27.05 change. The cashier was so busy shouting for another staff member to get some MTN airtime voucher from her colleague (the same two conversing above) she virtually ignored me but put down the change on the counter. When she finally acknowledged me, I said I would like my extra 5c change she fished in her apron and gave me 10c. I did not need that change, but I thought her whole attitude was disgusting and on principle I want the change due to me. She didn't even have the manners to acknowledge me and then assumed I shouldn't get my full change. If everyone is short changed, she will get a nice little bonus at the end of the month. Come on CNA - get your act together! IK would rather use cardies - much more polite!
