Pathetic Service

I fail to understand why is it so difficult to get feedback on my Complaint,
MTN has debited from my account and i have reported this 2 weeks ago till today no responce from Mpho who has been promising to get back to me since.

I have since requested that Mpho give me the Ref number so i can do her Job for her.

i need my money debited to my account and will follow up for myself if i have to.

Have lost faith in MTN.
