2 weeks ago I completed an application form at the Fourways Crossing branch, I did NOT submit any supporting documents. On 27/3/13 I went back to the branch and told them that I did not want to pursue the application and to cancel it, which they told me they did and even supplied me with a reference number. Today, 04/04/13, I got billed with an amount of R1511!!! I called the call centre to query this and was directed to Silungile who refused to give me her surname and was extremely incompetent and rude. I had to explain to her 7 times what the problem was and then she put me on hold for 3 minutes only to come back and tell me that my case is still being resolved. She was unable to articulate any of my questions. I asked her to spell her name for me and she refused. I asked her to transfer me to her manager and she refused. I am livid that I had to deal with such an ignorant, stubborn and rude person. How many more people is 8ta and issuing illegal contracts to??? How on earth is one to receive assistance from such incompetent and uncooperative staff!
