Refer to below excerpt Of confirmation from Mpho on the 23 October in response to my original complaint:

In total, your account will be credited with R516.86. This means that your Oct invoice of R970.54 will be less R516.86, and you will only be debited or be required to pay R453.68.

CAN SOMEBODY EXPLAIN TO ME WHY MY ACCOUNT WAS DEDUCTED WITH R903.00!!! GOOD GRIEF VIRGIN MOBILE YOUR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND I HAVE BEEN TO!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK R449.32 IN MY ACCOUNT ON MONDAY OR THE OMBUDSMAN IS GOING TO BE HEARING FROM ME. I AM SURE THEY WILL HAVE A FIELD DAY WITH THIS.
