Good Day,

I took out a MTN My Call 100 4odd years ago. 2years ago I upgraded that contact to a Top up 100 contract. However, MTN never did the switch over on my account, thus my line still being open. On the Top Up contract I should get x amount of data and when that is finished I then need to buy airtime BUT this change was never done on MTN migration side. This means that my line was open because of the MYCall 100 contract. So i'm being billed every month for call and data that I use. I'm under the impression its just my data. I got an iphone with this TopUp 100 contract and that thing "eats" data. The 1st month I was billed over R2000 because of this mistake by MTN. I have phoned in how many times already to the 808 number and stated my case. Each time I was told "ok sir, we made the change, give it 24 hours to take affect". It is now 2years later and last month I was billed over R1000 again, you can Go check my records. I don't know if i'm going to be refunded for all of this? but what I can tell you guys is, i'm not renewing my contract now when it expires July 2013. I've been a loyal MTN customer since 1995, check my 083 number att. You as MTN are losing a loyal customer.
