Poor service

Heres the rundown... afrihost tells me at number 99 my exhange is not 10 meg after all this:

1. Telkom ADSL checker said my exchange supports 10mbps, which is why I went through all the trouble joining afrihost.

2. No one at Afrihost said anything about 10mpbs not being supported, they just said its great we are upgrading now.

3. someone actually told me in a response that they are synching at 10mbps now, why the confusion?

4. This is after billing me well over a thousand rand for the priviledge... which wasnt even brought to my attention beforehand. So much for R1 pro rata for remainder of month.

5. My router still says either 2048 or 1024 reboot after reboot.

6. I was told over and over to wait no more than 48 hours. It has been several days since the supposed upgrade.

7. My linespeed is terrible with constant timeouts and poor speeds, this happened after joining afrihost, not before.

I am deep out of pocket and this for a premium consumer grade R900 pm service, that is not working.
