Since 25 March, I've requested copies of itemised bills for the months of Feb 2013 and Mar 2013. I've contacted MTN on at least 5 different occasions regarding this request. Initial request was on 25th Mar. I was told it wuld take 24 hrs to send me the bills. On 26th Mar, I received no feedback so I called for a follow-up & spoke to a consultant (Lillian). She advised that she would 'escalate the matter' It wuld take 24 hrs. Still no feedback, so I called again on 27th Mar & spoke to Essock, who said he wuld 'escalate the matter'. He wuld request the supervisor Mr Neville Moodley to contact me- I'm still waiting for Neville Moodley to call me.
Still no feedback, so on 02 Apr I called (again!) & explained my request to 2 different consultants. Neither helped me, so I spoke with the Supervisor of the Accounts Dept- Mr Rabelani Tshivhase. I requested him to send me copies of my itemised bills. Instead, Mr Tshivhase has sent me statements instead of itimised bills. I called him on 03rd Apr, left him a message and even sent a mail re-explaining what I require! TODAY I wait & STILL NO FEEDBACK. What is the problem with MTN?
