First i receive a sms during the month of march informing me that it is time to upgrade. so i phone in to arrange the upgrade, i get told that i can only do this in the beginning of April. i phone again in the beginning of April only to be told that i can only upgrade in OCTOBER!!! why then send me a sms??? does the agents know how to check what is happening on the system?? seriously guys get your act together. can i upgrade or not? if not why was i send a sms informing me that i can??
