I enquired with Cell C Westgate with regards to my upgrade, they said my contract expires April 2014, now how can it expire in April 2014 if I have proof of the upgrade 10/12/2011, now they are saying that the person who did the upgrade in December was not allowed to do the upgrade, why is it my problem, if I have proof my upgrade is due in December how can they just change the rules and say its April 2014, I am so frustrated at the moment. as I was told that I can come in December and they will see if they can upgrade me then, but no guarantee...
