I have upgraded to a Samsung S3 and i was migrated to the new contract and i wasn't able to make calls or use the internet which i understand, i have being waiting to get my free minutes and when i called them to ask about my free minutes and data they said i owe the R2000.00 and i made calls from some 083... number and it charges R6.00 per minute they lady at the call center said the is another client that called to ask about the same number and she has no idea what is happening, i am so not going to pay for calls i didn't do and download things cost R200 per download i am not crazy. So i am going to cancel or they will fix this!!! I am fustrated
and need help before the deduct R2000.00 from my account ..
