Dear Vodacom still cant sort my bill

I was sold a new contract by a lady saying she was from Vodacom (Now know its outsourced!)
In the conversation I said I do not want a high bill because of data usage. She informed me the contract would not cost more than R50 a month extra.
End of Month I get hit by a ginormous amount. I was then told that Im not on a smart package with my Samsung S3 that I got?? So they start passing the buck, and just drop the call on every opportunity, then the whole process start over again. For 4 hours Ive been at it.
I requested to listen to the call (My VERBAL CONTRACT) and was told I could listen to it at any Vodacom centre. HaHA!! No not the case! Asked them to give me a list of the places I could listen to it. HAHA. Cant help!!
After the passing the buck technique the call centre uses, I landed up here, on Helo Peter.
A lady came on and claims it was sorted. Never even calling me. But my bill remains the same.
So they kindly cut me off again today! No warning nothing.
Im out of ideas. I need serious intervention please. My phone is my life, my sons way of contacting me...
