Unauthorised corrections on account

We received a statement that the amount due on our account was R474 due by 3 May 2013. On 23 April R500 was paid two days later we got a sms on DSTV that we were R235 in arrears. Apparently it all started when a client made an incorrect payment on our account. The correction was made on our account without informing us. Multi choice has got our email address as well as a cell number yet nobody tried to phone. I understand that they didnt need our permission but just a call to inform us would have been appreciated. Multichoice found it fit to put a note on the system in case we came to query the account but failed to sent us an email or sms. How do you access an account number that does not belong to you. That reference / account number belongs to us and without permission you went into it. trying to query this we got informed that they can phone the call centre who will then phone us and explained what they have done. Its to late you had from the 8th of April to inform us. You went into our account without informing us THE TRUST IS SIMPLY BROKEN!!! Maybe I just needs to cancel as you are playing the same movies over and ove
