Handed over to MBD for Prepaid Line

Good day

i have been handed over to MBD attorneys for a cell C account Prepaid account.

on the 05/12/2013 - i received an sms from MBD att, stating that i have been handed over to them by cell c, i tried calling cell c on numerous occasions but got sent from pillar to post without any assistance to resolve this matter. i then contacted MBD and they could not give me any details of the cell c account but only a breakdown. the consultant. She then said repeatly that "she wishes that i could pay the account", i asked for original account on numerous occasions and when i requested to speak to the supervisor i was cut off.

on the 17/12/2013, i decided that since i got no joy from neither Cell C or MBD to settle the account anf fight the battle after i received the paid up letter, but to my surprise i get a call from MBD on the morning of 19/12/2013 stating that i am owing them a further R66, 12 as i did not make arrangements to psettle the account and they did not freeze the account. after a legnthy discussion with the supervisor (Mapula) she confirmed that my account has been frozen if i make the payment of the R66, 12 today, she will personally call me to confirm the payment on monday
