I had a prepaid telephone installed on 15 March 2013. Telkom keeps suspending the line even though I have credit on my account and my rental was paid. When I call the call center, they remove the suspension, just to replace it the following day.
I tried to convert the line to an adsl line, but due to the suspension, I am unable to complete the order. The agents keep telling me that they will send an email to the relevant department and that they will get back to me. Needless to say, they never get back to me.
