Declined a conversion on line!!!

13th Jan i called the call centre and asked for the prepaid line to be changed to the close opt 2 - so we could call during callmore times and weekends free - for an hour. Agent took the call and assured me this was going to be done on 21st Jan. Nothing happened and after numerous calls to telkom they kept advising was "still in process". No feedback from Telkom to me - just me querying all the time!!! Eventually on my fifth or sixth call i was told my dad did not have a credit history hence they cannot convert the line from prepaid to callmore!!! This is absurd, my dad has engaged cash transactions all his life. In fact he built his R3mil rand home himself on cash basis!!! I have never seen anyone so great with finance - and GUESS WHAT?? telkom wont convert the line to close opt 2??? Its riduculous - really!!! Whats wrong with you Telkom? Would you rather give poor payers the line than my dad??? do your homework and resolve this issue urgently! Convert 0325544065 from prepaid to callmore immediately please!!
