What is going on with MTN in Greenstone, they are always busy and have a queue out the door, as a result it takes a long time to get service. they normally only have 2 or 3 people working at a time, surely if the shop is always so busy they can afford to hire more people?? I don't mind queues, its understandable, but I think making a customer (who has been with mtn for several years) wait in a queue for over 2 hours is ridiculous, and then you get to the front only to have someone push in because they were there the day before, the lady that helped us did assist us as well as the person that was there a day before, she says her system is slow and is therefore calling in for the upgrade, why is the system slow??? I am really unhappy with mtn greenstone. it should take a max of 20 minutes to go through an upgrade, but for some reason it takes over 2 hours at greenstone. I was just about ready to walk out. fix it mtn, or I can guarantee I will not be renewing my other contracts with you!!!
