I was contacted by CellC upgrades department on 11/02/2013 and agian on 13/02 informing me that i must upgrade

I was told i qualify for any phone as my package needs to migrate to the new CellC packages, depending on what package i want.

This was 11/02. I asked the lady to call me again on 0748721662 as i firts want to go ad look at packages and phones available. They did phone on the 084 number but my husband is using that line so they need to speak to me.

I then decided to go and look a phones, went to CellC, investigated and saw a nice deal at Game Centurion on Straight up 30.
When doing the upgrade, Johannes had to phonee everywhere. First h spoke to Mpho at trade partner cause it cause pending orders. Then to Nthabiseng at customer care, then Nomvhula and few other people who end him from here to there.
I then told him to leave the matter and that I will take it up with CellC as nobody can sit and wait for 5 hours.
I need to know what is going on now, phoned last night with a query to customer care and thought let me check. They also said, yes mam please phone sales cause you are due.
Saturday wa told no
