Do the employees of Cellc care about customers and do they have any honor, ethics or morals?
I have made numerous calls (never received 1 from them), always been told that someone from management will contact me, but have never received any calls from cellc.
How does a company like this stay in business. This is disrespectful to clients.
An extract of an email sent to them on 14/05/2013
On the 9/05/2013 @ 14:11 hrs I received a sms from cellc offering me an upgrade to an LG Optimus L9 3gb of data for the sum of R99 pm x 24 months.
On the 10/05/2013 @ 15:40 hrs I phoned cellc on 084145 and requested the above upgrade.
At 16:31 hrs on 10/05/2013, roughly 20 minutes after my last call, I received an sms from cellc stating that the initial sms was in error and that I could upgrade for the sum of R199 pm x 24.
Firstly I just laughed, then came the anger when it dawned on me that I had been to (spent my time on the phone) and that the employees of cellc have no ethics and morals and will pass off any BS to the client.
I think that cellc made me an offer, which I accepted and that they should honor this offer. I am giving Cellc the option to redeem itself.
