I sent my Blackberry in for repairs on the 11th of April and was ensured it would take at the most, 6 weeks to be returned. I have personally enquired numerous times as to what the status of the repairs or return of the phone would be and all I get is a 'we don't know'. It has now been a few days short of 2 months with no word from autopage or Cell C as to the status of my phone! I asked if there was someone I could personally call at Cell C to follow up, I was told they don't have a phone line at the moment... um, what??
So here I sit, paying for a phone and service that I don't have.
