I was told different things- not happy

I purchased a 8520 at cellc umlazi on contract in july 2011. Some time in february, at gave me some problems. I went to cell c umlazi to ask the guyz what should i do as the phone is not working properly. The guy i spoke to was an african guy, but not south african, as per his accent. He told me thqt i can bring the phone into the store and he will send it for repairs. I then asked him if i will pay anything for it, and he told me that i wont pay as the the contract is not yet over, im still paying subscriptions.

I then took my phone to cell c umlazi and they sent it for repairs. When i did my follow up with cell c repairs, i wastold by the girl named rahaba that i will have to pay around R 600 for my phone to get repaired even though im still paying fornit. It was very very inconvenient for me to hear those news because my consultant at cell c umlazi told me i wont be charged, and repairs told me i would be charged.

I emailed customer service at cell c to find out the status of my repai. The
