We logged a call for our main business line on the 26/03/2013 since Tuesday 02/04/2013 I have been told that the call is either with a technician or with transmission dept. Today I have been on the phone with one Call Centre agent called Kekeletso who kept on the line for 5mins and also transfered me to the internet fault department without informing me she was putting me to another department. After I requested to speak to the supervisor hoping that he/she might be able to assist me with this fault I went from one agent to another even when explaing that this is affecting our business as customers cannot get through to us I did not get anyone who could assist me.
