Poor support, poor turnaround, poor service

I am quite disappointed with Afrihost following all the good things I heard about them. I have logged numerous queries enquiring about the status of a line conversion they applied for with Telkom (on my behalf) and had absolutely no response. Tried phoning last week, consultant told me my order is not complete and couldn't give me more info. Tried phoning today throughout the morning and line is engaged.

I understand it is not their fault the conversion is not done but what about responding to my queries? What about following up with Telkom? I tried to sort it out with Telkom myself, what is the point of offering the service of line management if I am doing the work?

I am close to cancelling, dealing with Telkom directly regarding the line conversion. Whoever thought I would hold Telkom in higher esteem.

Sort your support out, apply pressure with your contacts at Telkom and just get my ADSL working.
