Upgrade not happening they way it is suppose

Put me back onto the 135 package and cancel the Smart S package
This was done incorrectly and I was led under false pretense

Pam Ngubeni provided me with pathetic service and she have absolutely no authorty to do anything. I want a copy of the call I had with her on 03/04/2013 @11h15 - whereby you can hear all she ever says is she cant do this and she cant do that.
It is an hour later and I am stil lwaiting for her team leader Thandeka Ndou to cal me back
I asked for a direct line and an e-mail address for Thandeka and all Pam is telling me she cant...
I am disugsted at the service recieved
