VERY UNHAPPY!! ME AND MY WIFE BOTH HAVE CELLPHONES ON CONTRACT, FROM CELL C AND A 3G MODEM WIRELESS PAY AS YOU GO, SINCE WE HAVE RELOCATED TO MOUNT EDGECOMBE DURBAN THE POOR QAULITY OF SIGNAL IS AN HINDERENCE. WE ON A DAILY BASIS CANT MAKE USE OF OUR PHONES AND MODEM. WE HAVE A YOUNG BABY AND NEED TO CALL THE DOCTORS OR HOSPITALS ON NUMREOUS OCCASSIONS BUT COULD NOT DO SO AS THERE IS NO SIGNAL AT ALL!!! MY WIFE PURCHASED THE MODEM AND PRESENTLY IT 15% USAGE WITH SIGNAL AND 85% NON SIGNAL WHICH IS APPAULING. WE PAY SO MUCH FOR THESE SERVICES BUT NEVER ABLE TO USE IT!!! WE RECENTLY TRAVELLLED TO NOTHERN DRAKENSBERG AND SIGNAL WAS PERFECT!!! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT LIVING IN MOUNT EDGECOMBE THEIR IS NO SIGNAL AND WE DONT APPRECIATE THAT WE PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR MAJORITY OF THE DAY? PLEASE CAN I HAVE FEEDBACK REGARDING THIS!!! PROMPT ACTION WILL BE APPRECIATED!!!
