Apply for an ADSL line (uncapped) in mid January. Line was installed but after 3 weeks my line were throttled so bad I was not able to even browse. I called customer service to cancel my ADSL package with the reply that a consultant will call me back with conformation within 5days time. 4Weeks later after asking 3times to cancel my ADSL package no reply has been recieved. Pathetic service. Telkom know they can keep the line running because no one can cancel my package accept for a consultant to contact me. I cant call them they must call me.!!!
