Utterly Disgusted - Same Different Day

Utterly Disgusted: Same different day since this query was logged in Feb 2013 and now in March 2013 the same is happening after proof of payment was forwarded on Monday and again yesturday and again today!! I am so fed up and actually have decided that there's no use for threats as we are going to close the account today. Enough is enough!!! Can someone please get in touch with me soonest as I can't even call 129 for the accounts department besides being cut off numerous times and put on hold for over 10 minutes ...!!! Arrr so frustrating and so much for the word 'customer care' cause most of you are flippen rude and are in need of serious training... what a disgrace
