Line blocked well after payment has been processed

We are actually very disgusted in the treatment my husband has received from Nashua Mobile.
All of the payments were made before the end of the respective months, proof of payment was forwarded to the given contact details, and Nashua Mobile still had the cheek to add interest, and still block the line.
How long does it take for your accounts department to allocate payments???
Payments were processed and proof of payment was forwarded as follows:
PD EFT31/03/2013 - POP sent 04/04/2013
(no notification was received by us with regards to an early debit order date of 28/03/2013!!!)
PD EFT 29/04/2013 - POP sent 29/04/2013
PD EFT 30/05/2013 - POP sent 30/05/2013
PD EFT 25/06/2013 - POP sent 25/06/2013

Today, 9 days after payment was processed and POP sent, you want to block the line??? Why? Is your accounts dept. incompetent???

Please feel free to response so we can have a good laugh at how pathetic your service is!!!
