I've been a member of virgin active before. Terminated my contract 2-3 years ago and recently decided I want to start getting fit again. Well to start none of the consultants I made appointments with kept them, then end of December 2013 I final get to speak to a consultant. 3 days ofter signing this consultant called my with and we was so rude, I logged a complaint with the call center who then advised the manager will contact me to rectify things. I then decided to terminate my membership within the 5 days cooling off period. Up till today no manager has called and no one at virgin active really cares what their company looks like to potential members. This is truly pathetic I don't get this type of service outside of mitchells plain. Maybe I need to look elsewhere and if I can make enough noise maybe you guys can close and not deliver such poor service. I'm utterly disgusted.
