I have been sent from pillar to post for what seemed to be a simple issue was now more complicated then ever. I purchased a redbull mobile sim card and requested to keep my current cell c number which customer care was able to do last week for me. I then called in today again after speaking to 4 people yesterday with no help. All I am requesting for is the benefits that come with the red bull mobile sim and was told by arrogant Sydney that i need to purchase another sim card for R149 when this redbull card already costed me R149. No assistance or further solutions! What really irritated me is i read everything word for word which comes on the starter pack which says it includes 200mb data for 12 months every month only to be told by Sydney i am not entitled to this. I then got through to a lovely lady in the prepaid department Zanele who logged my case and said i am definately entitled to it and she would sort it out. I have had the run around with all sorts of stories and no one knew what they are doing until i spoke to zanele.
I am utterly disgusted in the service received and would like this matter resolved urgently!
