TRANSFER OF CELL PHONE CONTRACT -A3736210

We went to Cresta store in Sept 2012 to transfer cell phone number 0786252496 into my mothers name and to cancel my contract Lesego advised us that: My mom should bring FICA doc's incl her 3 months bank statement anyway she upgraded my mom and advised her that she will sign a contract when she brings in all the docs. Early October my poor mom had to travel to Cresta to submit doc's & sign a contract together with a debit order. Lesego advised me that they do not have cancellation forms but she will email them on Monday, weeks later nothing was done, I sent an email to reminding her, which she anyway did but it wasn't my job to remind her. Immediately I completed the form & emailed back to her and I never heared anything back from her since up until I complained to MTN head office this year. The contract is still in my name it hasn't been transferred into my moms they coming up with lame excuses that the a/c is in arrears or legal dept. When we gave them instructions last year to transfer the line the account was up to date. The line has been deactivated for two months. This has been going on since Oct 2012.No one from MTN head office has ever called to find out what exactly hapened
