4 months debits taken out for a canceld contract!

MTN has no idea of the concept "customer care". I cancelled my contract on March 2012. The 24 months were up in Aug 2012. I signed a cancellation form in March 2012 which I understood are the requirement to capture then keep as a record and it had to be done 3 months before the contract end, which I did. During the months of Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec 2012, they have taken the monthly installment from my account for the "canceled contract". I was asked to sign 3 other cancellation forms and was told my money would be reimbursed to my existing contract. So they wont take out money for my contract it will be carried over. I went in Dec 2012 only for them to ask me to go to Head office and speak to "SOMEONE" in cancellations and re-imbursement. On numerous visits to the store Mabanga Chansa acknowledged the error and insisted all would be put in order. I maintain a high level of respect and have never treated my paying customers with such disrespect for their time, money and business. What's funny is I had 3 people behind me in the queue with the same problem. I fear it will happen again in my January installment. Help! Mtn need to train their staff on protocol and procedure.
