Last year (Sept 2012) we went into the CELL C store Rustenburg to collect a form to give notice that we wont be extending our contract (we had Cell C but didnt use it for the contract period because of very poor signal) but continue paying monthly R299.
We completed the form. Still they carried on deducting the monthly fee of R299. After 4 months we went into the store again.(We have tried via phone to get information but they said we have to come into the store to complete a form again. I travel for business and have meetings all day because of my retail hours already difficult to get to them.) No they dont have any record of our cancelation. Yet we completed another form of notice! Still 2 months after this they are still deducting the [Email Removed] Really???
How do we get Cell C to stop our contract?? And what about the R1800 we already lost (needless to say the money we waisted the contract period but we know this was part of our mistake taking out a Cell C contract after so many people warned us. If one just look at the amount of complaints here that is already an indication but we thought new "face lift" good deals. But boy were we wrong!!!) DA Bauermeiste
