No Response on bad signal

Where do I begin with this bad service and bad signal of CellC. My wife and myself have both blackberries, We live in Sundowner Randburg and I work in Midrand. We experiance bad signal every singel day. I would try to phone my wife, when she's at home, and her phone would just go to voicemail. This also happens when she phones me. We would try over and over and over, but no chance of getting through to each other. What would happen if one of us is in a accident or we have some sort of emergency? We live in a complex and the gate opens with the cell phone. (You phone the gate). We have stuck many times outside the gate with no signal to phone the gate. Our bbm's and sms's takes forever to deliver. Sometimes it does'nt delever at all. We also have a CellC usb stick for internet. This is also an every day struggle. My wife runs her business from home and needs the internet.
I have logged a complaint at CellC Northgate, but had no luck from them to sort this out. The one employee from Northgate (I can't remember his name) phoned me a couple of times to tell me that someone will phone me. NO ONE HAS PHONED ME!!!
I would like to cancel both my wife and my contracts with CellC.
